Up. Quickly followed by Elephant Pants. Does anyone remember Elephant Pants, from the '70's. I had a purple pair. They were hip-hugger bell legged pants. Instead of the "bell" starting at the calf or knee, it started all the way up at the crotch of the pants. They made a very short comeback a couple of years ago. I think they were called Rave Jeans or some such thing. The rave added a bunch of pockets and zippers.
